What a Supported Country Means
BingCard issues virtual debit cards on Visa and Mastercard-compatible networks. Those networks settle payments in more than 200 countries and territories, which means a card generated from your dashboard can be used at online merchants almost anywhere — a subscription in Japan, a hotel booking in Spain, an ad account billed in the United States.
"Supported" here means acceptance, not local presence. We are not a bank and we do not operate a licensed branch in each market. The card is issued centrally, funded with crypto, and processed through the networks merchants already use. That distinction matters, and we would rather state it plainly than let a country list imply something it does not.
One card, issued in minutes, accepted wherever Visa or Mastercard is processed.

How Coverage Works in Practice
A country being on this list means the networks operate there. It does not guarantee that every merchant inside it accepts every card. Acceptance is a decision each merchant makes, and two stores on the same street can treat the same prepaid card differently.
Three things shape whether a payment goes through:
- Network acceptance. Visa and Mastercard reach most of the world. This is the easy part.
- The merchant's rules. Some platforms decline prepaid cards on principle, regardless of where they were issued.
- The BIN's region. A card issued on a US BIN clears US-only services far more reliably than a European one. This is why regional BINs exist.
If a payment fails, the useful question is not "is my country supported" but "does this merchant accept this kind of card." That reframing solves most of these cases in a minute.
Regional BINs
Because merchants read the card's country before anything else, matching the card to the market you spend in is the single most useful habit. Start with the guide for your main market:
- United States — US-focused BINs for US-only merchants.
- United Kingdom — 3DS and Strong Customer Authentication.
- Canada — cross-border US platforms and CAD conversion.
- Australia — regional banking quirks and travel spend.
- Worldwide — the general case, in one place.
Every card is issued from the same account, funded by the same crypto, and costs the same flat $2.50. The country list changes nothing about the price.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which countries does BingCard support?
197 countries and territories, listed above. Cards run on Visa and Mastercard-compatible networks, so acceptance follows those networks rather than a local branch.
Does a supported country mean the card is issued locally?
No. Supported means accepted. Cards are issued centrally and there is no local bank or licensed branch behind them.
Why would a payment fail in a supported country?
Merchants apply their own risk rules and may reject prepaid cards or cards from another region. A matching regional BIN usually fixes it.
Can I use one card while travelling?
Yes. The card is virtual, so it lives in your account. Add it to Apple Pay for contactless payments in shops.
How much does a card cost?
A flat $2.50 per activation with a $5 minimum deposit, wherever you are.
