Refund Policy

Last Updated: November 02, 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how BingCard ("we," "our," or "us") approaches refunds for the virtual crypto debit card and related services offered through this website (the "Service"). It applies to every customer, whether you are issuing your first no KYC crypto debit card or managing a set of cards for subscriptions and ad accounts.

We have written this policy in plain language on purpose. A refund policy is not meant to be a maze, and we do not treat it as one.

2. Our Position

Our position is simple: if we do not provide the Service you paid for, you should not be left paying for it. That principle sits above the detail in the sections below, and we apply it in good faith rather than looking for technicalities to hide behind.

At the same time, a virtual card is a live financial instrument once it is issued. For that reason, requests are reviewed individually rather than granted automatically, and the specific circumstances of each case matter.

3. When a Refund May Apply

A refund may be appropriate where the Service was not provided at all. In practice, that means a payment was taken and nothing was delivered in return. Examples include:

  • Service not provided. You paid for a card or service and it was never delivered or made available to you.
  • Card could not be issued. A payment was taken, but no card details were generated through no fault of your own.
  • Duplicate or mistaken charge. The same activation was billed more than once, or an amount was charged in error.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. If your situation is not on it and you believe you did not receive what you paid for, you are still welcome to contact us. We would rather review a request than have you assume the answer is no.

4. When a Refund Generally Would Not Apply

To keep expectations honest, there are situations where a refund is unlikely to be appropriate:

  • The card was issued and provided to you. Once a card has been delivered to your dashboard, the service has been performed, and what happens after that point falls outside the scope of a refund.
  • The issue arises from information supplied incorrectly by the customer, such as a deposit sent on the wrong network.
  • The request relates to a change of mind after a card has been issued.

Even in these cases we will look at the facts. A refusal is a conclusion we reach after review, never a default answer.

5. How Requests Are Reviewed

Refund requests are handled by our support team. We look at the account, the transaction, whether a card was issued, and whether the Service was delivered as described. Where the facts are clear, we aim to resolve the matter without unnecessary back and forth.

We do not publish a rigid checklist of evidence or a fixed calendar of stages, because a genuine case should not fail simply because it does not fit a form. If we need something from you to complete a review, we will ask for it directly and explain why.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is approved, we return the amount using a sensible method for the original payment. In most cases that means the same cryptocurrency that funded the account, sent to a wallet address you provide. Where that is not practical, we agree an alternative with you before anything is sent.

Refunds are subject to the practical realities of blockchain transfers, including network conditions and confirmations. We will keep you informed rather than leaving you to guess.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where local law provides a stronger protection than this policy, that protection prevails.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in the Service or in how we handle requests. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.

9. Contact Us

To raise a refund request or ask a question about this policy, contact our team through the support page. Please include enough detail for us to locate the account and the transaction, and we will take it from there.
